My name is Tuhin Ahmed and I am the Executive Director of Student Connect Bangladesh. I am responsible for setting the strategic direction and operations in Bangladesh.

The passion and belief in higher education and its potency to transform lives and that of Bangladesh has kept me engaged and involved in the education sector for the past many years. International education has the ability to bring wide range of individuals from diverse back-grounds with differing opinions together in a classroom. The ability to have a conversation with differing opinions and backgrounds in a safe space such a university has never been more important than today’s current international climate. This motivates and encourages me to push the internationalization of higher education agenda both in my professional and personal life.

My own higher education experience of completing both undergraduate and postgraduate degree in the UK as an international student shaped my vision to help Student Connect grow in Bangladesh. I am proud that our branches in Bangladesh have supported over thousands of students access higher education in the UK. I am hopeful that through education we can overcome many of the world issues we are currently facing and being a part of this process gives me immense pride and motivation. A collaborative partnership with your reputable institution will benefit to build and push UK higher education to the youth of Bangladesh and also for the university a diverse vibrant campus.

Education can overcome many pre-determined barriers in the world and it's my sincere belief that together we can form a symbiotic relationship to challenge those barriers through an effective partnership. It will benefit the university to have a diverse international student community and also give us the opportunity to recruit quality students to your institution. We will engage with the university internationalization plan diligently and contribute to your expanding success. I look forward to working with you in the near future.
