Entry Requirements

  • A second-class honours degree or equivalent in any academic subject and seeking to pursue/continue a HR career.
  • Applicants with appropriate work experience and a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 3 or 5 qualifications will be considered.

  • English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) with no component score below 6.0.

Course Details

The Master's degree program is designed to help students balance their academic and personal responsibilities. The program offers a full-time, in-person study structure, with in-person lectures, seminars, and classroom teaching. Students are expected to attend 2-3 days of classes per week on Tuesdays-Fridays, with independent study hours and guidance from a Course Leader. The final three months of the course will focus on a research project. Master's study is more specialized than an undergraduate degree, allowing students to focus on a specific topic and work closely with academics committed to the subject. The majority of teaching time will be in-person and face-to-face. Assessments include assignments, group presentations, and open book exams, allowing students to test their skills and knowledge informally before final marks. Feedback on practice and formal assessments is available to help students improve in the future. The teaching staff on this course includes experienced professionals who will provide guidance and support throughout the program.
